By making a purchase on gabriellehowellart.com ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from making a purchase.
Ordering
When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current (no P.O. Boxes). Gabrielle Howell Art Collection shall not be liable for any misdelivery, delayed delivery, or non-delivery of products caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Any associated costs or consequences shall be the customer's responsibility. Gabrielle Howell Art Collection reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time.
Changes
Once the order is placed, it is not possible to change the information. The only exception is the delivery address, which can be changed if your order has not yet been shipped. To change the address for an unshipped order, please contact us at gabriellehowellart@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
Payment
The prices of artwork listed on our platform are determined by the artists. We make efforts to ensure accuracy, but in case of discrepancies, the price listed by the artist is considered the final price. We accept various payment methods, as indicated on our platform. All payments must be made in the currency specified. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or customs duties associated with your purchase. These charges may vary based on your location and the artwork's destination.

Shipping fees are displayed at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any applicable shipping charges.
Changes to the shipping address must be supplied within 24 hours of purchase. Please make these changes by contacting gabriellehowellart@gmail.com
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience, but we do not guarantee delivery dates. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that Items ordered together may not always ship together.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for artworks pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns – Refunds
All sales are final. Returns are not available. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
Color Matching
While we strive to ensure accurate color representation in our online art gallery, please note that color matching may not be guaranteed due to variations in screen settings and individual device displays.
Custom Drawings
Custom made artwork will be hand drawn, signed, and framed by the artist. Due to the artwork being custom made, please allow additional time for the artwork to be shipped. Custom orders will be completed and shipped every winter and summer season. Depending on the demand, orders may be completed sooner. Minor details such as linework and shaping may vary, but overall concept will be the same. By purchasing custom artwork, you grant the artist complete creative liberty to craft your piece. Copyright and Ownership
Gabrielle Howell Art Collection retains all rights and ownership of the artwork sold on our platform, subject to any licenses granted to us and the buyer.
By purchasing artwork through our platform, you receive a non-exclusive, personal, and non-transferable license to display the artwork in your home or personal space. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of the artwork is prohibited without the artist's explicit permission.

Descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, price and availability of any products or services are subject to change without notice, and our current prices can be found on our Website. Orders are not final or binding until accepted by us. We reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to limit the available quantity of or discontinue any product or service; to bar any user from making any or all purchase(s); and/or to refuse to provide any user with any product or service. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that Gabrielle Howell Art Collection is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or carrier delays, that may affect delivery times. You are responsible for the proper and safe handling of any product you order from us.
